I can't believe Wesley will be 7 weeks already on Monday. These weeks fly by so fast he is going to be a year old before we know it. Wesley is doing a great job picking up his head and enjoys tummy time especially when he is gassy. Yesterday was Halloween! Wesley enjoyed seeing everyone in costumes and helped pass out candy but we will enjoy finding an awesome costume for him next year.
Fit Mommy
I finally got released from my doctor today to start working out! I am hoping to do a few "monthly challenges" along with walking Wesley lots. For the month of November it is going to be all about squats and abs. The areas affected most by my pregnancy!
Confessions from a New Mom
Hip Hip Hooray! Look how much I pumped today!
From day one I have never produced much milk. We had to start supplementing when we came home from the hospital because Wesley had jaundice. With adding in bottles so early I think it was an up hill battle from the start. I started taking mothers milk to see if it would help my supply. I used to only pump an ounce and a half about every four hours now a few weeks later I am up to three ounces and pump maybe every 6-8 hours. You go into motherhood expecting to produce all you need for your child, but sometimes it just does not happen. I am excited to produce as much as I can and give Wesley the benefits of some breast milk.
